The freight-forwarder will let you know when they’re scheduling a pickup through a status update on your shipment. Usually, you will get a window of a few hours for the pickup. Please make sure that the pickup location has the shipment ready to avoid additional costs.

In case you would like to change the pickup time and date, you can contact the freight-forwarder through the platform to reschedule the pickup. Please bear in mind that if you miss the shipping window with the ocean or air freight line due to the change of pickup date, the transportation cost might change as well.
