When do I get paid?

Payment Safety is one of the best part about ShipHello. As former freight forwarders, we know that.

We will obtain funds from the importer/exporter at the time of booking and then transfer the funds to you upon completion of the shipping.
You do not have to worry about the money because ShipHello will obtain the payment from the importer/exporter and hold the funds in escrow while the shipment is in transit. Once the importer/exporter confirm receipt of the shipment, funds will be released to the forwarder. We eliminate the worry on getting paid!
